Mares Avanti Quattro + Fins

The blade length of the Avanti Quattro + scuba diving fins ranges from 37 to 39 cm depending on size. The fins have a foot pocket that is open. The fins can arch during the fin stroke due to the four rib design. The water is subsequently channeled in the opposite direction of motion, reducing pressure loss at the fin's side edges. Muscle strength is therefore converted into propellant thrust.
A new material composition of the Avanti Quattro+ lets the fins to absorb energy more quickly, which is subsequently delivered in a better and optimized manner.
The unique channel thrust technology shapes the channel so that it can transport more water and generate greater push with the same amount of effort. As a consequence, an ultra-high performance fin has been created for the most demanding divers.
The newly designed foot pocket includes wide holes to eliminate the "parachute effect," and the joints at the blade's junction absorb kinetic energy. According to the Superchannel concept, the blade's unusually large middle flap guarantees a significant channelling effect.
Available in sizes S to XL, the new fins come in six colours: yellow, blue, black, white, lime and flamingo.
