The Ammonite System ACCU THERMO TYPE 24 Special is a high-capacity battery designed for demanding underwater use, featuring a robust aluminum casing for durability. It offers a significant power supply for heated diving gear and lights with its 24Ah capacity, ensuring long operational times. The battery includes an intelligent E/O circuit to prevent electrolysis damage, making it safe for all types of diving.
ACCU THERMO SPECIAL is designed and built to withstand maximum operation depth up to 200 m.
The casing is made of a hard anodized aluminium .
The aluminium alloy used in ACCU THERMO is light, durable and resistant to corrosion in sea water.
Additionally, the aluminium elements of ACCU THERMO have been covered with a protective layer of a hard anode. It makes the battery even more resistant to wear and mechanical damage.
All graphics and inscriptions on the casing are laser-engraved, which makes them easy to read, as well as highly durable.
The ACCU THERMO 24 Special casing is secured with two O-rings.

The casing is a combination of a lightweight but very tough and corrosion resistant polymer (Delrin®) and hard anodised aluminium.
