The HI-MAX H17 Dive Torch is a robust and durable handheld flashlight designed for divers seeking high-performance illumination. Equipped with a CREE XHP-70 LED, it delivers a maximum light output of 3800 lumens at 6500K, providing a focused 9° beam angle ideal for underwater exploration. The torch features an orange peel (OP) reflector, ensuring a smooth and even light distribution.

Constructed with a hard-anodized aluminum shell, the H17 is resistant to scratches and abrasion, ensuring longevity even in harsh underwater environments. The head and handle are textured to facilitate a secure grip and easy operation with wet hands. Weighing approximately 630g on the surface (about 350g underwater), the torch is well-balanced for comfortable handling during dives.

The H17 is equipped with a push-button switch featuring a multi-colored backlight that indicates battery status. The light brightness is infinitely adjustable:

• Turning On: Quickly press and release the button; the torch will illuminate at 100% brightness.
• Turning Off: Quickly press and release the button; the torch will turn off.
• Adjusting Brightness: With the torch on, press and hold the button to decrease brightness smoothly until it reaches the minimum, indicated by a double blink. Release the button at the desired brightness level. To increase brightness, press and hold the button again until it reaches maximum, also indicated by a double blink.

The torch includes an overheat protection feature that automatically reduces light output if the body temperature rises to a critical level, safeguarding both the user and the device.
